A new Fractional Ownership scheme has just been launched by De Vere Ownership which will enable companies and individuals to buy into total luxury at The Carrick on the shores of Loch Lomond in Scotland. A number of luxurious two-bedroom apartments are available within the Mansion House where owners can enjoy a 24 hour dedicated concierge service together with exclusive membership of the Carrick Golf Club and Spa, part of the De Vere's Cameron House resort.

In the past, the company only marketed quarter share fractions which entitled buyers to 12 floating weeks. However, this more accessible scheme will enable private and corporate clients to purchase four and eight week fractions at an attractive discounted entry price of £49,450.
Deborah Kemp, managing director of De Vere Hotels and Resorts has stated "Since we launched the product in 2006, the market has obviously changed due to the economic climate, but we are confident that the quality and pricing of the Mansion House offering, together with the numerous other benefits on offer at the Carrick, will be extremely attractive to the marketplace".
A 12 week share at the Mansion House costs from £143,000 with eight weeks starting at £101,915. The weeks will be split over three periods of the year including peak and off peak seasons.
The scheme is being marketed through a new website, brochure and national roadshows. Introductory discounts and a number of incentives are also being offered by De Vere including free management fees for the first year for purchases made in 2010.
Owners will be able to rent out some of their weeks either privately or through De Vere who can also exchange weeks with other De Vere resorts at Slaley Hall in Northumberland, Cameron House and Belton Woods in Lincolnshire. The company is affiliated with Interval International which has a network of over 2,500 exchange resorts.
