By reducing the base salary of its Timeshare sales staff by 10% and increasing bonuses for reaching specific targets, Disney is hoping to increase Timeshare sales by giving its staff more incentive to perform.
Rena Langley, a representative for Disney Vacation Club, said "We have made changes to the pay structure among our advance sales associates to allow us to provide more reward and recognition to top performers."
With these changes, the Disney Timeshare staff will receive a higher pay as long as they reach specific targets that have been set.
