Resort Sells its Fractional Offering

At Forest Hills Resort, owned by Seasons Holidays, 100% of the fractional ownership shares have been sold as upgrades to its 23,000 Timeshare owners.
FractionalLife stated they believe Forest Hills has achieved a European industry first by selling out its fractional offering. Considering the current economic climate, it's very encouraging that a company has achieved 344 sales (43 units divided into eight shares).
Leslie McCann, the Sales and Marketing Director, stated "Forest Hills is undoubtedly one of the fastest selling fractional products in 2009. We developed our unique fractional leaseback concept as a result of our extensive experience with our Timeshare and freehold buy-to-let customers. Eight keys are an affordable, flexible and sought-after product."
There are many facilities at the resort, including a gymnasium, outdoor heated pool, a steam room, Jacuzzi spa bath, a sun terrace exclusively for adults, a therapy suite offering a range of services, bar and restaurant. There's also evening entertainment and you can enjoy Wi-Fi and Internet access on the premises.
All units are of a high standard with satellite Television, VCR/DVD player, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
Forest Hills has a fantastic view of the Sierra de Ronda Mountains and spectacular views down the coast and across to North Africa yet is only 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport and six kilometres from Estepona.
