Work has already begun on the luxury resort which will be situated in the enclave of Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort, creating over 200 jobs in the process.
The project is being funded by joint venture partners Silverstein Properties and Dune Real Estate Partners.

When it opens, the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort will feature a large variety of dining venues - including a rooftop restaurant with views across the Magic Kingdom.
The resort will also feature a huge spa, modern fitness centre, three swimming pools, a lazy river, sports and recreational facilities, and meeting and event spaces, as well as a fully-equipped business centre.
