Interval International Announces New Resort

Multiresidence de l'Elysee in Paris, France has just become the latest affiliation of Interval International. The estate includes a six-storey building located in the 8th arrondissement near the Champs-Élysées, between Parisian landmarks the Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde, on the bank of the River Seine.

The estate is situated in the heart of romantic Paris and features five studios of 30 square metres and 12 one bedroom apartments of 40 square metres, which have all been recently renovated. All of the residences are implemented with air conditioning; a kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher and fridge; and a balcony to enjoy the breath-taking Parisian views. Both internet and maid services are also available.
The location is ideal, being minutes away from the boutiques, bistros and boulangeries that make Paris the undeniable perfect destination for a weekend city break. Darren Ettridge, Interval International's vice president, commented that "the prime location of this resort, on the stylish Rue de Colisée in the heart of Paris, makes it an ideal base for exploring one of the world's most beautiful cities".
The developer of the property, Paolo Cardinale, director of APCO Srl, explained how he "chose Interval International as a partner because of its great reputation and extremely high quality standards. APCO is a company that originated in Italy and have been involved in the tourism and property sector since 1981, focusing on property development in France.
