The event, which took place at Barnsdale Hall hotel, gave the owners the chance to discuss any queries that they may have or talk through holiday plans with RCI guides as a way to learn how to get the most out of their ownership.
RCI's vice president for business development Dimitris Manikis said that the event had gone even better than was expected saying that: "I had very positive feedback from both members and the RCI team." He went on to explain, "It's great for us to meet members face to face, discover what their Timeshare means to them and hear their ideas for making the holiday experience even better. Events like this really bolster the RCI community."
The sessions ran for four hours during which time there were informal presentations, prize draws, holiday giveaways, refreshments and bottles of wine presented to long-standing members. There were also surgeries where people could go to for any advice or discussions on how to benefit most from their Timeshare ownership.
Northampton-based owner Alan Alcock said that "the presentation was excellent...very informative." He claimed to have found the event very useful and was particularly pleased to hear about the improvements that RCI is making.
The event was deemed so successful that further events are being planned for later this year.
